Greetings to all beer lovers!
I am very pleased that I can offer my specialities already for the second year to the guests of Oktoberfest Tallinn. I based my menu on simplicity. We matched the dishes with Paulaner beer and in my opinion we achieved a good result. Most of the main raw materials originate from Germany. Due to great similarity of the German and Estonian kitchens, we prepared a menu that is very characteristic of our Estonian kitchen.
