Greetings to all beer lovers!
I am delighted to once again offer my dishes to the guests of Oktoberfest Tallinn for the fourth year in a row. When creating the menu, I focused on simplicity and the clear goal of creating flavor experiences that would pair perfectly with Paulaner beer. I am very pleased with the final result! Most of the key ingredients come from Germany, and since German and Estonian cuisines are very similar, the result is a menu that reflects the best of Estonian cuisine.
I hope to see all of you at Oktoberfest Tallinn at Unibet Arena. Together with the Nordic Catering team, we will do everything we can to make your Oktoberfest experience truly unforgettable!
